Refund Policy

01Overview
SUVI ("the Service") is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by SUVI PTE LIMITED. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. By subscribing to or purchasing any plan on SUVI, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy in its entirety before completing your purchase.
02No Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to SUVI are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated and access to the Service is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or decision not to use the Service after purchase.
- Failure to use the Service during the active subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with features, functionality, or performance of the Service.
- Downgrade or switch to a lower-tier plan during an active billing cycle.
- Cancellation of the subscription before the end of the billing period.
03Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: You were charged more than once for the same subscription or billing period due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized Transactions: A charge was made without your authorization, and you can provide sufficient evidence to support the claim.
- Service Not Delivered: We failed to provide access to the Service after a successful payment, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe despite your contacting our support team.
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and SUVI PTE LIMITED reserves the right to approve or deny any exception request.
04How to Request an Exception Review
If you believe your situation qualifies for one of the exceptions listed above, you must submit a request within 7 days of the transaction date. To initiate a review, send an email to devops@metastart.in with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Transaction ID or payment confirmation number.
- Date of the transaction.
- A detailed description of the issue and reason for the request.
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, bank statements).
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be considered.
05Refund Processing for Approved Exceptions
In the event that an exception is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time is 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
SUVI PTE LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
06Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Please note:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
- Once the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and access to premium features will be revoked.
- You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
07Auto-Renewal
All SUVI subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize SUVI PTE LIMITED to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each new billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Charges resulting from auto-renewal are subject to the same no-refund policy outlined in this document.
08Pricing Tiers
SUVI offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. All tiers are subject to the same no-refund policy:
- Starter (Tier A)
- Pro (Tier B)
- Enterprise (Tier C)
Pricing is subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle following the notification. Current subscribers will be informed of price adjustments at least 30 days before they take effect. For current pricing, including annual plans, please contact us or visit our Pricing page.
09Changes to This Policy
SUVI PTE LIMITED reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
